The Linktime Application is an intelligent management product for calendar photo frames provided to you by Shenzhen Huilian Times Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huilian Times" or "we"). Huilian Times highly respects your personal information and data, and will do its utmost to protect the security and reliability of your personal information and data. This Policy applies solely to user information and data collected and stored by the Linktime Application.

Before using the Linktime Application, please be sure to carefully read, fully understand, and agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy stipulates how we will collect, use, disclose, process, and protect the information you provide to us when you use the Linktime Application. If we need you to provide certain information to verify your identity when using the product, or when connecting services to our third-party service providers, we will use such information strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By starting to use the Linktime Application, it means that you have read, permitted, and accepted all the terms described in this Privacy Policy, as well as any updates or changes we may make from time to time. Furthermore, you promise that you are an adult when you begin using this product. If you are a minor, your legal guardian must agree to your usage of this product and accept the relevant terms of service and privacy policy.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Information (Including Personal Information)

1.1 Personal information refers to various types of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information. Among them, sensitive personal information includes personal biometric information (e.g., fingerprints, facial images, voiceprints), identification card numbers, bank account numbers, property information, transaction information, etc.

We will only collect and use your information for the purposes listed in this Policy:

1.2 When you bind this Software with your calendar photo frame device, we will collect the SN (Serial Number) code of your calendar photo frame device. This information is collected to establish the mapping relationship between you and your calendar photo frame device, so that we can provide you with the correct device-related services.

1.3 When you use this Software or a specific function, in order to safeguard your normal services, we will collect your mobile device information (information related to your mobile device, including IMEI, IMSI, MEID, sensors, OAID, device MAC address, android_id, deviceid, idfa, device model, device serial number, resolution, system version, and software installation list). To prevent malicious programs, ensure service security, and improve user experience, we will collect information on installed applications or currently running processes, the overall operation, usage conditions, and frequency of applications, application crash logs, overall installation and usage data, performance data, and application sources. For convenient search results and to ensure normal service usage during network abnormalities, we will collect log information within the Linktime platform (including browsing records, searched content, click-and-view logs, usage history, as well as IP addresses, browser types, telecom operators, language used, access dates, and times). To store information and read stored data, we will collect storage information. We also collect device information related to your calendar photo frame device (including SN code, brand model, firmware version, etc.). These types of information constitute the essential baseline information required to deliver services to you.

1.3.1 When you use features such as binding the calendar photo frame device, checking for updates, and tracking device usage duration, we will collect the SN code of your calendar photo frame device, application usage duration, fault logs, service logs, and operation logs, so as to properly provide the services you request.

1.3.2 To bind the smart calendar photo frame device with your mobile phone, we need to obtain and save your MAC address information. Once bound, device data transmission will be carried out via mobile data networks or Wi-Fi, enabling local and remote wireless communication between the smart calendar photo frame device and your mobile phone.

1.4 After the Linktime Application is bound with the calendar photo frame device, it needs to obtain your phone's notification bar message permission and the permission to view the installed application list. If these permissions are not granted on your mobile phone, you will not be able to use features such as application notifications, but this will not affect your use of the foundational features.

In addition, according to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorized consent under the following circumstances:
(1) Related to the performance of obligations prescribed by laws and regulations by the personal information controller;
(2) Directly related to national security and national defense safety;
(3) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(5) In order to protect major legitimate rights and interests, such as the life and property of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is extremely difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
(6) The personal information involved is disclosed to the public by the personal information subject themselves;
(7) Necessary for signing and performing a contract according to the requirements of the personal information subject;
(8) Personal information collected from legally and publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
(9) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as discovering and handling faults of products or services;
(10) The personal information controller is a news agency, and it is necessary for conducting lawful news reporting;
(11) The personal information controller is an academic research institution, and it is necessary for conducting statistical or academic research for public interests, and when providing results of academic research or descriptions externally, de-identifying the personal information contained in the results.

1.5 To ensure you continuously receive the latest Linktime services, we may use your Linktime Application version information and mobile phone model to provide you with application upgrade services. Concurrently, we may collect and connect your smart calendar photo frame device list to provide you with firmware upgrade functionalities for your smart calendar photo frame devices, ensuring you experience the latest version of our services.

1.6 Furthermore, when using Linktime, specific device permissions may be triggered. To help you better manage your information, we will notify you of the purpose of using your device permissions dynamically when applying for them during product usage, as well as the impact on your services if permissions are not granted. Please configure your permissions reasonably. You can also modify your authorization status on the "System Permission Management" page of your device.
The following are the details of the relevant features and system permission calls for your reference:
a) Read External Storage Space (Android): Used for personalized settings, customizing calendar photo frame styles, and reading photos and documents;
b) Camera Permission (Android, iOS): Used to scan QR codes on device screens for calendar photo frame device pairing, and taking photos for uploading;
b) Microphone Permission (Android, iOS): Enables voice control features, used to control the photo frame to switch displayed contents;
d) Read Phone Status Permission (Android): Used to synchronously display incoming call alerts on the calendar photo frame terminal (if supported by the device hardware);
e) Enable WLAN / Wi-Fi Permission (Android, iOS): Used to connect and communicate with the calendar photo frame device within local wireless networks to transfer data;
f) Enable Bluetooth Permission (Android, iOS): Used for near-field wireless pairing and connection management with the calendar photo frame device;
g) Floating Window / Overlay Permission (Android): Used to display the real-time calendar photo frame control shortcut interface in an overlay window.

2. How We Store Your Information

2.1 Location of Information Storage
In accordance with provisions of laws and regulations, we will store user personal information collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China inside China. If your personal information storage location needs to be transferred from mainland China to overseas, we will strictly execute it in compliance with legal requirements.

2.2 Duration of Information Storage
In general, we only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the designated purposes. For example:
Mobile Phone Number: If you need to use Linktime services, we must keep your mobile phone number continuously to ensure you can use the service normally. When you cancel your Linktime account, we will delete your corresponding personal information. Users can log into Linktime, then navigate to Me > Account Security > Cancel Account.
In the event that our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other forms, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Information Security

We strive to provide robust security safeguards for user information to prevent loss, improper use, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We collect, use, store, and transmit user information following the "minimization" principle, and inform you of the purpose and scope of usage via the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

We attach great importance to information security. We have established a dedicated security team responsible for researching and deploying multiple security technologies and procedural controls. We conduct security background checks on security management heads and personnel in critical security positions, and we have instituted sound information security management policies and internal security incident handling mechanisms. We adopt appropriate security measures and technical standards compliant with industry benchmarks to store and protect your personal information, safeguarding it from unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, alteration, corruption, loss, or leakage. We will take all reasonable and feasible steps to protect your personal information. Concurrently, you may request us to delete the personal information we have collected or withdraw any consent you have previously granted.

5.1 Accessing, Updating, or Correcting Your Personal Information
You can access, update, or correct your personal information at any time through the "Me - Settings" interface in this Software. When you update your personal information, we may request you to verify your identity. Once we obtain sufficient verification, we will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

5.2 Right to Deletion
You have the right to erase your personal information. You can erase all or part of your personal information within this Software at any time.

5.3 Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal information, and you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

5.4 Withdrawal of Consent
You can withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information under our control by submitting a request. Please understand that certain service functionalities of Linktime rely on specific information to be provided; depending on your withdrawal request, your normal usage of specific features within this Software might be affected.

5.5 Device Unbinding
You can unbind the relationship between your mobile app and your calendar photo frame device at any time through this Software. Once unbound, neither you nor anyone else will be able to view the historical logs and data generated by the calendar photo frame device during your binding period.

6. Changes and Updates

Linktime reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When the terms of the Privacy Policy are modified, we will display the revised policy to you upon your login or application version update via push notifications, pop-up windows, or other appropriate notification methods.
